Bibloo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal purposes. You may not: modify, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the app for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. You must provide accurate information when signing up. An account left inactive for two years may be deleted: we warn you by email at least thirty days beforehand, at the account address, and simply signing in cancels the deletion. You agree that your profile data — first name, profile picture, country, scores — appears in leaderboards, game screens and match results visible to other players.
You keep ownership of the content you provide (first name, profile picture, messages). You grant Bibloo a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce and display that content in the application and in the result images it generates, for the lifetime of your account only and for the sole purposes of operating the game and enabling its sharing. You warrant that you hold the rights to the picture you upload and that your content complies with applicable law.
Battle mode pits two players against each other. At the end of a duel, either participant may share the result: a public link to a result page, and an image generated by the application. That page and that image show the FIRST NAME, the PROFILE PICTURE and the SCORE of both players — never your full name, your email address or any contact details. By playing a duel, you agree that your opponent may share that result, including on social networks, and that Bibloo may generate this image for that purpose. You may remove your picture at any time from your profile: it then disappears from the pages and images produced thereafter. An image already published by a third party, however, is beyond our control and cannot be withdrawn by us. If a share harms you, write to us through the contact form: we review every request and can make the result page concerned inaccessible.
Users undertake to respect other players. Any harassment, abuse, cheating or offensive content may lead to the suspension or deletion of the account. Attempts to tamper with the leaderboards will be penalized.
Bibloo offers a free version as well as optional in-app purchases. Prices are shown before confirmation. Passes last 30 days and do not renew automatically: nothing is charged without a new purchase from you. Where the law of your country grants you a withdrawal period on digital content — fourteen days in the European Union and the United Kingdom — that period applies; by requesting immediate access to your purchase, you agree that performance begins at once and you waive that right once the content has been delivered. Outside those cases, purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a technical error on our side.
Bibloo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for data loss, leaderboard errors or service interruptions, and our liability is capped at the amounts you have paid over the last twelve months. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, nor any liability that the law of your country forbids us to exclude — in particular the statutory guarantees owed to consumers.
All Bibloo material (logo, design, biblical content, algorithms) is protected by copyright. You may not use this material without explicit written permission.
Bibloo may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms.
We may change these Terms. A substantial change is announced to you at least thirty days in advance, in the app or by email; minor corrections and changes required by law may take effect immediately. If a change does not suit you, you may stop using Bibloo and close your account before it takes effect. It is your continued use after that period that counts as acceptance, never publication alone.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or technical problems. Except where the law forbids it or where notice would harm an investigation, we tell you the reason, and you may contest it by writing to support@bibloo.uk; we reply within thirty days. Termination does not cancel earlier purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protection granted by the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. In all other cases, the courts of Senegal have exclusive jurisdiction.
